I have a plumbing emergency, what should I do?

While you are waiting, clear away any significant items close to the leak, and clean up any water or position a container to catch any drips. If you have turned the mains water off, switch off the heating for the hot water as well.

Help, I don�t know where the main water shutoff valve is!
