I have a plumbing emergency, what should I do?

Once that’s sorted, give us a ring, no matter what the day or time is. We’ll be there rapidly to resolve the problem.

While you are waiting, clear away any important possessions from the area, and mop up any water or place a container to catch the drips. If you have turned the mains water off, switch off the heating for the hot water as well.
